John and Diane are the second owners of Owl Moon, having purchased her in fall 2015. Owl Moon is the second 4300 built. The original owner had her built with a shortened mast and shoal keel with centerboard for use in the Florida Intracoastal Waterway and cruising the Bahamas. John and Diane’s home cruising grounds are the Chesapeake Bay with Annapolis being their home port. This is their third time to Maine on Owl Moon. This past winter they went to Florida on her where they lived aboard for five months.
